Driver share of city revenue
Revenue-distribution analytics. For each driver, compute their share of their city's revenue from completed trips, as a percentage with two decimals. Ignore trips with no driver. Return driver_id and pct, ordered by driver.
Expected output sample
This is what a correct answer looks like — its row count is its own, it doesn't have to match the schema tables.
| pct | driver_id |
|---|---|
| 66.67 | 1 |
| 33.33 | 2 |
| 100 | 3 |
