Design an event_log table where the id is assigned by the database automatically and CANNOT be set by hand. The event kind is required; the time created_at is required and defaults to the current moment. Columns: id — automatic primary key; kind; created_at.
Just CREATE/ALTER/DROP — no trailing SELECT needed.
