Population by region
Domclick is preparing a regional B2B real-estate report (Sber uses it to allocate listings). We need each region's total population as the sum of its cities' populations.
For each region compute the total population as SUM(population) across its cities and list the most populous regions first. Drop regions that have no cities at all.

This is what a correct answer looks like — its row count is its own, it doesn't have to match the schema tables.
