Courses with average rating (10+ ratings only)
Skypro's content team tests new courses and wants the landing page to surface only those with statistically meaningful feedback — at least 10 ratings. Archived courses (is_published = FALSE) are out.
For published courses with at least ten ratings, compute the average and round it to 2 decimals. Skip the archived ones.

This is what a correct answer looks like — its row count is its own, it doesn't have to match the schema tables.
