Delete one note that's no longer needed
A user opened the note with id = 5 and hit «delete» — it's stale. From notes only this single row should go, nothing else. Without an id filter you'd wipe every note at once — so the condition is mandatory.
Just INSERT/UPDATE/DELETE — no trailing SELECT needed.
