Load 3 new customers from CSV in one query
A CSV came in with three new customers — Олег, Павел, and Раис. Inserting them one by one is three round-trips. A single INSERT with multiple values does it in one. Add three customers named «Олег», «Павел», and «Раис» to customers in a single statement — the other columns will fall back to defaults.
Just INSERT/UPDATE/DELETE — no trailing SELECT needed.
