Drop a column nobody uses anymore

Table events carries a legacy_field column — added three years ago for one feature; the feature died long ago, nobody reads or writes it. Time to drop. First build events with three columns: id (primary key), name (up to 100 chars), and legacy_field (text). Then remove legacy_field — afterwards only id and name should remain.

Just CREATE/ALTER/DROP — no trailing SELECT needed.
