Bank Otkritie is rolling out 2FA in the mobile app and wants to know which scenarios trigger OTP entries most often — to optimise UX and size the SMS gateway. Input: a log of attempts with status and context (IP, payload). Find the category with the most code-entry attempts — count every attempt regardless of status.
