Add a phone field — product asked
Product filed a feature request for the clients table: «we need a phone for SMS». Legacy clients didn't enter one — their value should stay empty.
First build clients with a required id (primary key) and a required name (up to 100 chars). Then add a phone column — string up to 20 chars, optional, so existing rows don't fail.
Just CREATE/ALTER/DROP — no trailing SELECT needed.
