The City Inside the JSON

The station receiver drops order payloads into a single JSON column — nobody promised it a schema. For each payload_log row output log_id and the user’s city from the user.city path as city, using the scalar JSON accessor. Order by log_id.

Expected output sample

This is what a correct answer looks like — its row count is its own, it doesn't have to match the schema tables. Your answer must use the same column names as this sample — alias them with AS if needed.
