The Two Clocks at the Door

The station gate records every visit twice: local_at on the colony’s local clock and logged_ts in the archive’s universal time. For each visit output visit_id, colonist, the local hour as local_hour and the archive hour as utc_hour. Order by visit_id and see how far the hands diverge.
