An Ozon junior analyst monitors sharp sales spikes per SKU and wants to know how many unique buyers placed an order on October 1, 2023. The SKU card carries tags (string array) for future category queries, irrelevant here. Count distinct users (cnt_users) who purchased sku_id = 2 on October 1, 2023 in Moscow time (Europe/Moscow).
